What happens after I make an appointment?

Feel free to make an appointment where you see an available slot. Depending on how much in advance you make the appointment, you will receive a confirmation text 3 days before your appointment and 24 hours before your appointment. Double check to make sure you input the correct phone number while scheduling your appointment.

What are the Hours of Operation?

I'm available weekdays Monday through Friday except major holidays from 9am to 2:30pm.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

I understand things happen beyond our control. Sometimes clients need to cancel or reschedule appointment times and thats ok. Please reach out and send a text to 3104220603 to cancel your appointment. The only thing I ask is try to reach out at least 24 hours in advance for last minute cancellations. If you don't show up or cancel your appointment at all, there is a $30 cancellation fee. If you miss your second appointment as well without reaching out to cancel, you will be placed on a blacklist. I hope you understand this policy. Thanks in advance! 

What happens if I don't show up to my appointment?

If you don't show up to your appointment without calling or canceling to let me know 4 to 24 hours in advance, then you're considered a no call no show. In order to reschedule for another time you must pay a $30 no call no show inconvenience fee in addition to your massage fee upon arrival to your next scheduled appointment. 

I noticed premium services are only offered to regulars?

Yes. Premium services are not offered to the general public. This is a special service requested by a unique clientele that visits me regularly. We must have at least (1) Classic Massage session before you can book a VIP Massage or Enhanced Massage. If a new client wants to book a premium massage right away, I will ask you for more information to prove your identity such as work ID, social media, pic verification etc.. Thanks for understanding. If you don't want to verify who you are just book a classic massage first :)

What type of massage therapy do you offer?

I offer different variations of the ultimate relaxation massage. This can be compared to a swedish massage with a twist. I can adjust the pressure as needed.
